In this key role, you are responsible for the strategic direction and further development of Feller's Research & Development organization in Switzerland. You ensure close alignment between business strategy, market requirements, and technology development, and you lead your team to successfully deliver competitive, compliant, and industrial‑ready products - embedded within the global environment of Schneider Electric.

Your IMPACT:
- Overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Research & Development and the technology roadmap of Feller (including Wiring Devices, Electronics, SNAPFIX, KNX, and future platforms)
- Management of the R&D project and innovation portfolio, including prioritization, resource planning, and budget responsibility
- Leadership and development of a multidisciplinary R&D organization, including governance as well as resource and budget accountability
- End‑to‑end responsibility for product development from ideation through industrialization and market launch
- Ensuring time‑to‑market, quality, cost, and compliance targets
- Acting as the central interface between Business, Operations, and European and global Schneider Electric stakeholders
- Clear decision‑making on technical, quality‑related, and regulatory topics
Your Profile:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of leadership experience in Research & Development or Engineering within an industrial environment
- Strong expertise in product development, industrialization, portfolio management, and stage‑gate management
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and decision‑making capabilities
- Confident communication at senior management level
- Business‑fluent English; German and/or French are an advantage
