We are looking for a senior communications professional to shape and deliver high‑impact communications in direct support of our Group CFO and global Finance function.

This role can be based in London, Paris or Bucharest.

What you will do

You will act as a trusted communications partner to the CFO, translating complex financial, performance and transformation topics into clear, compelling narratives for internal and selected external audiences. You will develop executive‑level messaging, support key moments in the Finance calendar, drive engagement across the global Finance community, and ensure communications are accurate, credible and aligned with the company narrative. What will make you successful

  • You have solid experience in Finance or similarly complex, regulated environments, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders within a global matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic communication plans for complex organizations
  • Strong background in creating employee communications related to organizational values, strategy, and performance
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Native‑level English is required; French is a strong advantage.

What's in it for you

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, the opportunity to shape enterprise‑level narratives, and the chance to work at the intersection of Finance, strategy and transformation.
