We are now hiring interns for our H2 2026 cohort! Internships will start in July 2026 - December 2026. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

Location: Kallang

About the Role

The candidate will leverage a blend of ESG domain knowledge, understanding of digital and technology,
and multi-stakeholder management skills to enable the company's Sustainability ambitions through data,
analytics, management reporting. He/She will support the "Sustainable Cockpit" which integrates all
Sustainable performance indicators into one tool to improve efficiency, accuracy, and analytics for decision making, execute multi-year roadmap to include more advanced AI use cases, and align with Schneider Electric 2030 Sustainability Strategy implementation. The candidate will also have opportunity to work on other projects/initiatives to gain broader exposure.

What will you do?

  • Sustainability Cockpit: Enhance and execute roadmap in line with the company's Sustainability
    strategy and priorities, ensure it remains a robust dashboard for monitoring and driving sustainability effort through actional insights
  • Management Reporting: Periodic executive reporting on sustainability transformation status,
    ensuring timely updates and insights on progress toward goals.
  • Other: work on other projects or analytical modules to support team needs and priorities in areas
    related to Sustainability, Real Estate/Building Management

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in 1 or more relevant fields such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Real
    Estate & Facility Management Business Administration, or Information Technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights
  • Takes the initiative to address ambiguity and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of sustainability principles and practices preferred
  • Familiarity with digital technologies such as Tableau preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
