🏢 Description of the Department/Project
The Medium Voltage Technical Competence Center is a highly technical department focused on driving transactional business growth for medium-voltage switchgear . We provide the business with deep product and application expertise , and- based on the data and feedback gathered through our customer interactions - we lead transformation initiatives aimed at increasing market share. The department is divided into two areas : tendering and technical office.
This position is strategic because we are transforming the tendering role, turning offer engineers into true partners for the Sales Force and customers , adopting a more consultative and commercially oriented approach to significantly boost our effectiveness (hit- rate ).
What will you do?
- Prepare technical-commercial offers and provide customer support throughout the full tendering phase for Spain and Portugal.
- Deliver technical and commercial guidance to strategic customers and projects .
- Support the final negotiation stage and ensure proper project handover to the Project Manager (ETO).
- Develop and/ or maintain internal and external technical configurators to enable MTO/CTO light quotations .
- Analyze and communicate Go /No- Go decisions based on historical data, digital tools , and customer / project / scope information .
- Identify improvement opportunities within the E2E process and implement action plans to avoid GM deviations and enhance service quality .
- Detect and share improvement points within MV offers , collaborating on action plans to increase business growth .

🎓 What will you learn?
- You will gain in-depth knowledge of the medium-voltage world , including transformer substations and switchgear .
- You will also learn how the tendering process works , how an engineering department operates , and how a business line is structured , with a strong connection to the marketing team .
- Additionally , you will have direct contact with sales teams and customers to defend the proposed technical solution .
- Finally , you will work with digital tools such as BFO (CRM) and Tableau .
🔍 If you are:
- A recent graduate in Electrical , Electronic, or Industrial Engineering .
- Be able to start a 1-year program in June 2026.
- Fluent in English and Spanish , written and spoken .
- English, business skills , interpersonal and communication skills , curiosity , open- mindedness , independence , innovation , boldness , teamwork .
- Position also available in Barcelona (Headquarters) or Seville.
