GOC Manager

Within Customer Project Office, we Lead deployment of governance, processes, tools, and best practices across selling and execution phases. Animate key governance meetings, steering content quality and discussion, and facilitating informed decisions. Ensure consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency across systems and services operations. Monitor and drive performance through KPIs and operational excellence. Support transformation initiatives to enhance agility, competency, and efficiency.

Your role:

Reporting to Customer Project Office VP, you will be managing the Global Opportunity Committee meetings.

Your missions:

  • Lead and coordinate the process for Governance Opportunity Committee (GOC), ensuring timely scheduling of reviews and availability of approvers or their delegated representatives.
  • Partner with opportunity teams to prioritize governance reviews in line with customer timelines and business objectives, ensuring responsive and effective decision-making.
  • Support opportunity teams in preparing for GOC reviews by providing guidance on required content, reviewing presentation materials, and recommending improvements to enhance decision readiness.
  • Facilitate and animate GOC meetings, ensuring constructive discussions, effective stakeholder engagement, and clear outcomes, while independently leading sessions when required.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Minutes of Meeting, capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, and accountability to support effective follow-through.
  • Maintain the GOC calendar, governance documentation, and associated records, providing visibility on upcoming reviews and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
  • Train and coach opportunity teams on governance expectations, review processes, and best practices to improve the quality and effectiveness of submissions.
  • Ensure that relevant commercial, technical, operational, and risk information is presented and appropriately challenged during GOC reviews, enabling informed and timely decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification of governance processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, speed, consistency, and decision quality across the opportunity lifecycle.

Your profile :
  • University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
  • 5 years in Project Based Environment


Your skills :
  • Fluency in English
  • A second language is appreciated
  • Leadership Skills, open to challenge others, inspire and influence change management
