GM-Business Development (Digital Services)
Highly motivated and experienced Sales / Business Development professional more than 15 years of experience to join our Services Business Development to support Sensor and Cloud based subscription. The position will be General Manager - Business Development, based out Gurgaon / Mumbai location. This position will reports to head of Business Development, Services, Greater India zone.
About The Role
The main mission of the DTS Technical Sales is to grow the business of EcoStruxure Transformer Expert (ETE) and associated offers. ETE is a disruptive IOT, SaaS technology focused on power transformer condition monitoring and predictive analytics.
The candidate will support the Company's sales teams in a designated region in driving DTS sales and engage customers along with account managers and solutions architects to understand transformer fleet maintenance cycles and help clarify the value proposition in the different market segments.
Key Responsibility
1) Identify the right customers to promote ETE
2) Identify bundling opportunities for ETE in Schneider long-term service contracts or modernization projects

3) Drive or participate in customer-facing meetings at the various sales stages to present the technical value of the offer and clarify customer transformer maintenance practices and needs
4) Contribute to strategic studies, such as competition analysis, offer positioning in the local market
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
o Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy.
o Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly.
o Support sales team across country, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
o Selection of right solution and propose based on business nature of customer on specific segment. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
o Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
o All tracking opportunities through system.
o The position will lead the digital transformation for all solution business.
Main interactions:
Internal: Services Sales, Digital Services, Services other function and Power System Sales
External: EU Customers (All Market Segments)
