Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual with a growth mindset to lead the execution and continuous evolution of Foresight's market-place platform. As the operational backbone of the Foresight ecosystem, the platform provides a structured environment for onboarding, validating, certifying, publishing, and managing applications throughout their lifecycle. This role is accountable for product execution, governance frameworks, workflow design, operational scalability, platform quality, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, R&D, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Partner/Channel, Sales, and Customer Success teams globally to ensure the market-place operates as a trusted, efficient, and scalable platform. The position requires strong product management capabilities, operational rigor, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into repeatable processes and measurable outcomes. Collaboration and partnering within Schneider Electric's global organization and across zones and country teams is critical for success.

Primary Responsibilities

Platform Execution, Product Backlog and Application Lifecycle Management

  • Own and manage the product backlog, translating business requirements and platform needs into prioritized user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver capabilities that support the complete application lifecycle, including onboarding, submission, validation, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows that ensure applications move efficiently through all lifecycle stages while maintaining quality, traceability, and operational consistency.


Governance Framework and Operational Standards
  • Define and maintain governance framework for marketplace, including partner eligibility requirements, app submission standards, metadata requirements, documentation expectations, and compliance criteria.
  • Establish policies, processes, and operational controls that ensure consistency, transparency, and scalability across all ecosystem participants.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation framework including submission guidelines, validation requirements, templates, and operational procedures to support partners, developers, and internal teams.


Validation, Certification and Publishing Operations
  • Define and oversee validation and certification processes to ensure applications meet established quality, security, compliance, and technical standards before publication.
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, Engineering, and Certification teams to establish robust review and approval workflows combining automated validation and manual assessment.
  • Ensure publishing activities remain controlled, auditable, and efficient while maintaining platform integrity, trust, and a high-quality user experience.


Lifecycle Governance, Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Establish processes for ongoing governance of published applications, including version management, periodic reviews, re-certification requirements, and retirement of non-compliant or obsolete applications.
  • Define and track key operational performance indicators such as validation pass rates, time-to-publish, cycle times, submission quality, and platform efficiency.
  • Use operational insights and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and enhance overall platform effectiveness.


Cross-Functional Collaboration and Market Enablement
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure successful implementation of platform capabilities and operational processes.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring application catalog readiness, improving discoverability of applications, and aligning platform capabilities with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional, zone, and country teams to drive ecosystem adoption and ensure market-place effectively supports partner engagement and business growth objectives


Desired skills and competencies
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to platform operations, governance, workflow-driven products, or digital ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms, SaaS ecosystems, marketplaces, or application catalogs.
  • Strong expertise in governance design, process definition, validation frameworks, and operational scalability.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, and Commercial.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring operational performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills to influence across global teams.
  • Ability to operate in evolving environments while balancing operational discipline with growth objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
