About the role

As a Global Communications Intern, you will support the Global Communications team on activities related to SPICE+ (our intranet) and Viva Engage. This role is ideal for students with a background in communications or digital media who are interested in how large organizations manage content, support publishers, and continuously improve internal communication platforms.

During the internship, you will:

SPICE+ (Intranet)

• Support change activities for media libraries, including training materials, FAQs, and Q&A documentation;
• Help archive and organize news content to ensure clarity and easy access;
• Investigate and propose solutions to:
• collect and act on publishers' feedback;
• automate selected recurring tasks where possible.

Viva Engage

• Support Viva Engage topics clean‑up activities to improve content relevance and structure.

You will work on real initiatives, with guidance and feedback from your mentor and the Global Communications team.

Profile

Key skills

• Digitally savvy, with a strong interest in digital communication platforms (SharePoint / intranet experience is a plus);
• Organized and comfortable with content clean‑up, structuring, and archiving;
• Able to investigate issues, gather user feedback, and suggest simple, practical improvements;
• Interested in identifying opportunities to streamline or automate recurring tasks using Microsoft 365 tools;
• Clear communicator, able to support the creation of training materials, FAQs, and publisher guidance;
• Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment;
• Basic AI literacy: able to use AI tools (e.g. Copilot, prompt writing) to support research, content drafts, and repetitive tasks.

Background

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Digital Media, Information Management, Marketing, or a similar field;
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Viva Engage;
• Fluent in English.
