For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Data Analyst: Global Data plays a critical role in supporting Schneider Electric's SAP S/4HANA implementation across North America manufacturing operations. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of global material master and sales data essential for successful migration to S/4HANA. As a member of the Titan program, the analyst partners closely with scrum teams-including business and data analysts, technical experts, and plant stakeholders-to deliver high‑quality data preparation and enable smooth, consistent deployment across manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data cleansing, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Execute data mapping between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA to support plant deployment activities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end creation, maintenance, and validation of global master data objects (Material Master, Vendor Master, Sales Views) in SAP ECC, MDG, and S/4HANA.
  • Prepare and validate data migration templates while ensuring compliance with Data Quality Rules, governance standards, and project deadlines.
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and data defects using JIRA Align; collaborate with development teams to validate solutions and ensure data stability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and correct IDoc issues across ECC, MDG, and S/4HANA to maintain seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Upload teams, and Scrum teams to clarify requirements and support sprint deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings to provide updates, discuss data processes, and resolve issues.
  • Document data mapping logic, cleansing standards, and transformation rules to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Strengthen business process understanding (planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, operations) to improve data interpretation and integration.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure timely resolution of data issues and alignment with global deployment timelines.
  • Support post-migration activities including defect resolution, data reconciliation, cutover readiness, and system stabilization.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data migration tools such as One-Shuttle or MOM.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations, and quality business processes.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting multi-site deployments.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and enterprise data quality standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP MDG.
  • Strong skills in SQL querying, data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Experience managing master data objects (Material, Vendor, Sales).
  • Proven expertise in data cleansing, mapping, preparation, and migration in ERP environments.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and Agile project support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct IDoc issues across SAP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams.
