  • Site In charge
    1. Site In Charge will be responsible for complete Engineering operations of Electrical, HVAC,

    IBMS and supporting infrastructure.
    1. Monitor AIS Switchyard substation parameters (Transformers & associated equipment

    checklist)
    1. Co ordinating with OEM for preforming online & O􀆯line PM
    2. Conducting toolbox talk, ensuring permit system for all activities.
    3. Responsible for monitoring and operation of HT Panel, Transformers, and Main LT Panels.
    4. Check the cleanliness of Transformer yards, RMG Panel and Main Panel room.
    5. Carry out the daily checks for Transformers, HT & LT Panels.
    6. Record the HT & LT Panel readings and Transformer parameter readings for every 2 hours in

    the Shift.
    1. Check the Fire buckets / Fire extinguishers in the Room, Transformer yards and Panel room

    are in place.
    1. Perform change over operations in the LT Panel during Power failures.
    2. Respond to any alarms in the Equipment's immediately.
    3. Monitor the Input HT Voltage, Transformer LT Voltage and Transformer tap positions regularly.
    4. Carryout preventive maintenance checks for the Equipment's as per the schedule.
    5. Coordinate with the external vendor while carrying out routine service in the HT Panels /

    Transformers /LT Panels.
    1. Attending to the issues if any in the Transformers / HT Panels / LT panel immediately with the

    support.
    1. Monitor power distribution in floor wise LT panels
    2. Supervise Floor Technicians, Shift Engineers.
    3. Plan & coordinate PM for UPS, battery banks, LT & HT panels.
    4. Coordinate with OEM for online/o􀆯line maintenance.
    5. Respond to alarms, faults & emergencies.
    6. Conduct shift handover & ensure PTW/LOTO compliance.
    7. Monitor UPS, LV switchboards, PDUs, SMDBs.
    8. Check battery bank status & load sharing.
    9. Supervise load transfer between UPS, generator, mains.
    10. Ensure isolation/restoration during PM
    11. Maintain logs & updates.
    12. Support troubleshooting & safety compliance.
    13. Support project activities at Site with feasibility surveys, BOQ preparation and supervision

    during activity execution.
    1. Ensure the proper operation of chiller systems to maintain a comfortable DC environment or

    meet specific process requirements.
    1. The Scope shall be limited to the equipment's on the High side in the Chiller Plant operation

    areas, (eg: Chillers Cooling Tower, Motors and accessory pumps).
    1. Monitor and control chiller plant operations to maintain optimal temperature levels.
    2. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for chiller &

    HVAC systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
    1. Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance work conducted by OEM & respective

    vendors.
    1. Check equipment performance for normal operations. Abnormalities to be brought to the

    attention of both the Client appointed Site Shift Manager as well as OEM.
    1. Reports: - MIS reports, WUE tracking, Water consumption Tracking, Incident Tracking,

    Equipment history card update
    1. To coordinate with HVAC equipment OEM's for ensuring PM, Breakdown & on time

    submission of service report
    1. To manage the site utility infrastructure with zero downtime
    2. Evaluate & record CT effectiveness, COC, Chiller efficiency in shifts for controlling the
