General Manager - Scrum Master - Unify

Summary of job

The Scrum Master will act as an Agile coach for squads within the UNIFY program, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and facilitating delivery of SAP S/4HANA-based solutions. This role is critical for driving collaboration across global teams, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement in alignment with UNIFY's deployment methodology.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for UNIFY squads.
  • Coach Teams & Stakeholders: Promote Agile mindset and educate teams on Scrum practices within UNIFY's SAP Activate framework.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers impacting UNIFY roadmap; escalate risks to PMO when necessary.
  • Ensure Governance & Standards: Align with UNIFY Digital transformation leader on methodology, tools (Jira, Planner, QMS, Teams etc.), and reporting standards.
  • Backlog Management Support: Collaborate with LBPO's to refine backlog and prioritize features for SAP template deployment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster transparency, trust, and agility across squads and global streams.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Digital domain experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Scrum Master in large-scale ERP or transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Planner, MS Project, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage interdependencies and foster collaboration across regions.
  • Experience in global deployment programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and data migration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
