  3. Knowledge on competitor's product range and their pricing range / strategy.
  4. Knowledge on Go to market strategy, channel management.
  5. Possessing or working towards a professional engineering association accreditation
  6. The ability to work with and influence people at all levels with customers and within Schneider Electric to obtain buy-in, support and feedback is critical to the role.
  7. It is essential the jobholder is able to create and convey technical messages effectively to a technical & non-technical audience, internally across the business and externally with customers both verbally and in writing.
  8. The jobholder needs to be able to program software, create presentations & documents and manipulate data independently.
  9. English language usage in a business & technical environment


Key Responsibility
  1. Responsible of driving Sales & Order booking in South & East regions for MV transactional business as per objective set by organization
  2. Promoting Schneider electric MV Switchgear offering (Breakers, RMU, 2SIS, AIS Panels, PSS) to all segments through channels in South & Eastern region.
  3. Supporting Sales team with technical and commercial offer for MV Switchgears for transactional activity and coordinate with the teams to close the deals.
  4. Grow the MV transactional business from Panel builders, Distributors, licensee partners etc
  5. Support SE Partners and SE KAM to get approval at End user.
  6. Opportunity management in Sales force / Bridge front office.
  7. Forecasting of orders & sales for Mv Transactional business for South & East region.
  8. Managing tasks, projects to deliver activity on time and on budget to generate profitable growth is a key parameter.
  9. Working as part of and leading cross-department, division to deliver to jointly agreed objectives is fundamental to the role.
  10. Focus & review monthly opportunity pipeline.
  11. Focus of monthly order booking.
  12. Focus on delivering Commercial Margin as per company guidelines.
  13. Focus on delivering dP as per company guidelines.
  14. Focus on delivering SD targets-activity-wise/region-wise.
  15. Focus on delivering all AMSP initiatives.
  16. Focus on promotion of new Hero offers.
  17. Drive DSTP.
  18. Devise strategy along with proximity for winning large & medium value orders.
  19. Saturate existing customers
  20. Focus & strategize to convert competition customer.
  21. Ensure adherence to SPA process/guidelines laid down by the company.
  22. Conduct Innovation Talk campaigns, seminars in the region.
  23. Capture competition information--product/GTM/promotional.
  24. Deploy Digital campaigns in the region.
  25. Explore new geographies for increasing customer base
  26. Support & grow GEO locations.
  27. Animate the Panel builder program.
  28. Conduct trainings @ various levels for sales proximity, channels & disty champs.
  29. Material forecasting for key projects.
  30. Share progress of AMSP thru dashboards to proximity.
  31. Liason with service team for ensuring proper closure of service complaints.
  32. Ensure liquidation of unhealthy stock.
  33. Clearance of old orders in the system (SO ageing)
