General Logistics Operations - Entry Professional

Responsibilities:

• Execute and define the organization of logistics flows, including customs processes.
• Measure and analyze transportation performance with the goal of cost optimization through proactive actions.
• Coordinate with the supplier management team to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely material arrival.
• Analyze delays in logistics flows and build a Value Stream Mapping to define corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce carbon footprint.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics or Business.
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing import and export flows.
• Proficiency in tools: SAP, Excel.
• English level: B2.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work in a global environment and participate in corporate-level meetings.
• Solution-oriented, collaborative, and responsive mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with proactivity and results orientation.
• Awareness of future logistics trends (green logistics).
