Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial Performance (Secure Power)

As a Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial Performance, you will be an integral part of our Nordic Baltic Zone Finance organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving decision-making and supporting the commercial acceleration of the Secure Power division, including key channels and customer segments on the European level.

You will operate in a dynamic, multi‑country environment, collaborating with senior leaders to shape the financial roadmap, improve performance visibility, and contribute to continuous transformation within Finance.

What you'll be doing

Act as a Strategic Business Partner

  • Partner with the Zone Secure Power VP and local business leaders to drive and optimize short‑ and long‑term commercial performance.
  • Provide proactive financial advisory to support business steering, strategic priorities, and investment decisions.

Own Financial Performance Management
  • Lead the full Finance performance cycle for Secure Power across multiple countries (forecasting, closings, risk & opportunity management, pricing strategy, and profitability steering).
  • Ensure "One Version of the Truth" by delivering high-quality analytics and financial insights aligned with commercial policies and Group expectations.

  • Contribute to the zone's strategic roadmap (AMSP) with a strong financial and commercial lens.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new business models, services expansion, M&A assessments, and key CAPEX/OPEX investment cases.

Drive Commercial Profitability
  • Monitor and challenge performance across divisions, channels, and priority customer segments.
  • Support commercial initiatives including customer acquisition, tender strategy, offer positioning, and channel development.
  • Contribute to sales councils, deal reviews, and margin optimization actions.

Lead Finance Transformation
  • Support Schneider Electric's Finance Transformation roadmap through standardization, simplification, and automation.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools, dashboards, and automated processes to boost effectiveness and business partnering capabilities.

Collaborate Across Stakeholders
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for Secure Power financial performance, ensuring alignment across business leaders, CFOs, auditors, controllers, and global teams.
  • Ensure consistency between business decisions and their impact on profitability and long‑term value creation.


What will help you succeed

Experience & Expertise
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in a commercial, operational, or business partnering role.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, pricing, forecasting, and performance steering.

Analytical & Strategic Strength
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizations with multi‑country or multi‑site scope.

Communication & Leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with leaders at all levels.
  • Actively collaborative, persuasive, and able to challenge constructively.

Mindset & Ways of Working
  • Commercially oriented, dynamic, proactive, and action‑driven.
  • Comfortable driving change, leading simplification, and adopting digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
