GenAI Application Engineering Co-op
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.
The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This is a fall co-op beginning as early as May, based on candidate availability, and will work in our Foxboro, MA office.

What will you do?
As a GenAI Application Engineering co-op, a typical week might include:
- Collaborating with your cohort enhancing our AI-native application and relevant data pipelines and workflows.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas
- Supporting Software COE with feature enhancements, scalability and usability to accelerate our users' end-to-end workflows and integrating into enterprise environments.
- Attending intern-exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels
- Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager.
Who will you report to?
You'll report directly to the Senior Director - Software Center of Excellence and collaborate with product, UX and engineering across the Software CoE. You'll also connect with interns across NAM through our intern community and events.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, CE, EE, Data Science (Master's strongly preferred).
- Experience in GenAI tech stack is required
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, FastAPI.
- Full-Stack development experience is strongly preferred
- Experience developing AI agents and understanding of agent design patterns is required
- Experience with LLMOps is a strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and problem ‑ solving skills.
