Funza Plant Manager

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Senior Manufacturing Plant Manager and lead our Engineering-to-Order (ETO) facility to new heights of excellence!

What will you do:

• Drive comprehensive plant operations, ensuring exceptional performance in safety, quality, service, and cost metrics
• Lead end-to-end project management from tendering through engineering, production, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Oversee manufacturing engineering, production operations, maintenance, planning, and quality control
• Manage installation and commissioning processes while maintaining highest safety and quality standards
• Direct and develop cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, and production domains

• Proven track record in manufacturing leadership within an ETO environment
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing engineering, production operations, and quality management
• Strong project management expertise, particularly in complex engineering and production environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety culture and operational excellence
