Flow Controller

Misión del puesto

• Como Flow Controller, serás responsable de garantizar el flujo eficiente y puntual de materiales y productos a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro, desde la gestión con proveedores hasta la entrega final al cliente. Tu objetivo será asegurar que cada eslabón del proceso esté alineado para cumplir con los plazos y estándares de calidad establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales

• Gestión de proveedores:
  • Seguimiento y control de la cartera de pedidos.
  • Coordinación con proveedores para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales en tiempo y forma.
  • Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con entregas, documentación.
• Planificación y control de materiales:

• Supervisión del inventario y necesidades de aprovisionamiento.
• Priorización de pedidos en función de la demanda y la capacidad de producción.
• Asegurar la trazabilidad y visibilidad del flujo de materiales.

Coordinación con producción:

• Definición de prioridades de fabricación según fechas de entrega comprometidas.
• Comunicación constante con planificación y operaciones para ajustar cargas de trabajo.

Entrega al cliente:

• Asegurar que los pedidos se completen y despachen a tiempo.
• Monitorización de KPIs de cumplimiento de entregas y satisfacción del cliente.
• Información a cliente de fechas de entrega y gestión de la cartera.

Perfil requerido:

• Formación en Ingeniería, Logística, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o similar.
• Inglés nivel B2
• Nivel intermedio herramientas office (Excel principalmente)
• Conocimiento de herramientas ERP (SAP) valorable
• Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación.
