About the Role

In this content, we're looking for a strong firmware design leader in China to lead firmware development for innovative EV charging infrastructure solutions. Work in a global, cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EV charger design, working with cloud/edge to work together to deliver end to end use cases
• Technical problem-solving and system optimization: lead the resolution of system-level technical issues, to find weak point in the system to optimize;
• Own firmware quality and risk management;
• Lead firmware architecture, development, and delivery to meet customer and system requirements;
• Drive sprint planning, write specifications/design documents, and ensure integration with hardware and cloud systems;
• Collaborate with global teams and partners to achieve product goals;

• Embedded Development: 5+ years experience; strong in C/C++, RTOS, and Linux.
• Connectivity & Protocols: OCPP, ISO15118 is a must, WebSocket, TCP/IP, TLS, MQTT; Wi-Fi, BLE, Ethernet, modbus are also needed
• System-Level Engineering: CSMS, CPO, integration; Practices and experiences in customer project of storage + EV will be a plus;
• Development Practices: Git, test-driven development, automated testing; scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash).
