Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst in the AOC & Productivity Team, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency across the NAM region. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners-including Plant Controllers, FP&A, and Productivity Leads-to deliver insights that shape business decisions.

What will you do:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
  • Contribute to productivity tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across sites
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Assist in forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects
  • Help streamline processes and enhance reporting tools to drive efficiency and automation

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
