Finance Transformation & Data Leader - SGM
The Finance Transformation Leader will drive the strategic modernization of the finance function through process optimization, technology enablement, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners with Finance, Digital, and CDO to design and implement a future-ready finance operating model that enhances efficiency, transparency, and business value delivery.

Job Description
⮚Drive Global FT Projects (ex. Horizon, DfLetc) in the territory with strong collaboration among global and local finance and digital
⮚Lead Local Governance and Compliance Projects. Interface with SE Business Finance and SE Digital teams to provide a unified view of the program/project status, progress, bottlenecks / roadblocks etc.
⮚Adhere to Schneider Electric's prescribed methods, frameworks, or playbook throughout the project management activities
⮚Prepare detailed project management plan in consultation with Project Sponsors, Project Leaders, and relevant stakeholders
⮚Support or lead workshops with senior business stakeholders to document business requirements / expectations or changes needed in the current landscape
⮚Measure, monitor & publish project progress report regularly
⮚Provide oversight for more complex initiatives identified as part of the program

⮚Identify issues and risks & support mitigation plans
⮚Seek leadership support to align people and other resources to execute tasks / activities as per project management plans including support or lead process design / standardization effort for process documentation
⮚Facilitate adherence to Schneider Electric's prescribed standards & guidelines for documentation of business processes
⮚Prepare change management and communication plan for both internal and/or external stakeholders
⮚Identify opportunities for improvement of documented processes
