Wat ga je doen?
Als Field Services Technician Drives word jij onze specialist in frequentieregelaars en softstarters (ALTIVAR). Deze technologieën worden wereldwijd toegepast in fabrieken en infrastructuur en dragen bij aan energiebesparing, hogere productiviteit en innovatie.

In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en help je hen bij technische vragen en uitdagingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en geeft advies waar nodig. Je krijgt de kans om veel te leren en je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.Daarnaast rapporteer je vanuit en regelmatig naar onze kantoren in Ukkel, vanwaar je jouw activiteiten opvolgt en afstemt met het team.

Jouw taken:

• Het verzorgen van onderhoud, herstellingen en indienstnames bij onze verscheidene klanten op ons gamma van Frequentieregelaars en Softstarters.
• Uitstekende klantenservice verlenen
• Schneider Electric-klanten informeren over de basiswerking van hun apparatuur. Klanten inlichten over mogelijke problemen met hun apparatuur op een manier die zowel voor hen als voor Schneider Electric voordelig is
• Voldoen aan alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen, -praktijken, -procedures en Cybersecurity-vereisten
• Deelname aan een wachtdienst (24/7) volgens een beurtrol.
• Opstellen van technische rapporten.

Je werkt voor klanten in diverse sectoren zoals machinebouw, farmaceutische industrie, voeding, petrochemie en staal.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een bachelor in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Je hebt basiskennis van elektrische aandrijvingen en bent bereid om hierin verder te leren.
• Je hebt een goede safety mindset
• Je bent analytisch, klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
• Je hebt een passie voor techniek en wil jezelf ontwikkelen.
• Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
• Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
• Rijbewijs B is vereist.
