Field Services Project Manager

As a Field Services Customer Project Manager, your mission is to lead the successful execution of customer projects within the Field Services domain, ensuring excellence in delivery, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance. #LI-JB10
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Leadership
Manage projects in alignment with Schneider Electric's CPP4S (Customer Project Process for Services), overseeing all phases from launch to closure. Lead cross-functional teams including design, planning, purchasing, contracts, and on-site implementation. - Customer & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and third parties, ensuring clear communication, alignment with contractual obligations, and proactive issue resolution. - Project Planning & Financial Oversight
- Launch projects with clear scope, budget confirmation, and profitability targets.
- Ensure accurate ERP booking and invoicing plans.
- Validate payment mechanisms and project schedules.
- Monitor and control project costs, cash flow, and gross margin.
- Drive timely revenue recognition and receivables recovery.
- Team Coordination & Site Execution
- Define workload plans and track progress against deliverables.
- Coordinate site activities with Field Service Representatives (FSRs).
- Ensure safety compliance throughout execution.
- Manage work orders and scheduling in BFS.
- Risk & Change Management
- Conduct risk analysis and identify potential change orders.
- Escalate claims and variation orders when needed.
- Ensure adherence to governance principles and statutory requirements.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor customer satisfaction and lead issue resolution.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions with Sales and Tendering teams.
- Archive project documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Provide accurate book-to-bill forecasts.
- Ensure timely reporting and escalation of project events impacting performance.
Profile
- Education: University degree in Engineering and/or Business.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage distribution solutions and/or UPS/cooling systems.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric Services offers.
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in project management software including MS Excel and MS Project.
- Languages:
- Fluent in French & Dutch plus English.
