Service Delivery Manager - BMS / IBMS / Data Center Systems

Role Purpose

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end service delivery for Data Center and mission-critical facilities, ensuring high system uptime, SLA/TAT compliance, preventive maintenance governance, and smooth execution of service operations, testing, and commissioning across BMS, IBMS, CPM, and ELV systems. The role drives customer satisfaction, zero escalations, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Own AMC and active customer accounts with strict adherence to SLA, TAT, and uptime commitments
  • Manage daily service operations, breakdown resolution, follow-ups, and closure with proper documentation
  • Track service KPIs and dashboards; drive continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Leadership (BMS / IBMS / ELV)
  • Lead troubleshooting and escalations for BMS (HVAC automation), CPM, FDAS, Gas Suppression (FM200/Novec/Inergen), PA, WLD, and system integrations
  • Provide programming and configuration support for PLC, BACnet, and supervisory controllers
  • Perform RCA for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Preventive Maintenance & Compliance
  • Plan and ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedules with compliance reporting
  • Ensure adherence to HSE, quality standards, statutory norms, and company policies
  • Maintain service documentation, logs, backups, and system health records

Project Execution & Commissioning Support
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning for new systems and upgrades
  • Coordinate with design teams for redlines and as-built documentation
  • Support client audits, inspections, readiness checks, and final sign-offs

Team, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop service engineers and technicians; build successors
  • Manage vendors, subcontractors, spares, and service tools readiness
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical partner

Business & Growth Support
  • Support presales, lead generation, AMC renewals, retrofits, and service projects
  • Ensure revenue realization, healthy DSO, and zero client escalations


Systems / Technology Exposure
  • BMS / IBMS, HVAC automation, CPM
  • FDAS, Gas Suppression, PA, WLD
  • PLC, BACnet controllers, supervisory controllers
  • Schneider BMS platforms, Niagara Framework
  • Data Center and commercial building environments
