What will you do?
- Represent Schneider Electric or other 3rd party Solar service excellence to customers in Japan
- Provide after sales support to Schneider Electric or other 3rd party Medium Voltage Solar products (Transformers, RMU and Switchgear) and low voltage solar products (Inverters, array boxes, SCADA).
- Ensure that all service work is delivered efficiently, effectively and safely.
- Attend to critical issues at key sites and manage customer relationships.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Service Engineer with over 2 years experience handling with Solar products
- Trainings / certificate with any major Solar inverter/ transformer/ OEM
- Electrical Trade qualification (第2種電気工事士
- Current electricians or contractors license essential for at least 4 states.
- Electrical testing or servicing experience
- Previous inverters service experience as FSE for PV segment is essential in commissioning & troubleshooting.
