Field Service Engineering - Entry Professional
1)Technical Skills:
Product range - 3 Ph. UPS systems, STS , ATS , Rack mounted PDU , Netbotz etc.
1)Safety - Be a promotor of safety and deploy safety guidelines on site during work. Use PPE and safety policies . Zero Incident & Zero Accident as a key achievement.
1)Operational Efficiency- Achieve less resolution time of breakdown calls, Attend and resolve Breakdown calls as per agreed SLA of AMC /Warranty customers . Execute Service Project - Do site survey and submit SOW. Execute the Installation and commissioning of UPS. Service projects include Modernization of UPS , Lifecycle part replacement like capacitors, Batteries, Installation of LIB racks.
2) BFS KPI - Use BFS tool in salesforce for daily time sheet entry linked to BFS KPI - Adherence, utilization, clocking and productivity.
3 ) NSS - Achieve customer satisfaction and achieve NSS country target. Be promotor of Schneider services.
4) Lead generation and IB tracking - Generate Lead (service business enquiries) from field during site visits for complaints. closely work with service salesperson for offer submission and successful lead conversion to order winning.
5) Be a digital ambassador when visit to site or during work. Utilize BFS platform for digitized task , operate and use necessary software on site to complete task.
2) Software Proficiency:
• MIS preparation and reporting monthly dashboard. MS Power point preparation for technical part.
- UPS tuner software proficiency and analysis of event downloaded from UPS.
- UPS Communication , Digital connect through dedicated app for data center applications.
3) Service business generation :-
- Candidate must have knowledge of capturing leads from customer sites.
Capability of technical discussion of customer requirement and conversion of raw leads into order.
4) Communication Skills:
• Ability to lead and deliver critical tasks on-site.
• Served as the SPOC for all Service activities at the customer end, effectively managing all customer meetings and conversations.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions and technical addresses during meetings.
• Active listener with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in an Electrical /Electronic Engineering discipline.
Experience :- 3-5 years in same field.
