About the Role

This Expert Technical Support Specialist position focuses on EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO) and associated SCADA systems. It is not a call center role: this is a collaborative and strategic position where you will address complex technical challenges to ensure system reliability and customer success.

The role involves close collaboration with global teams (Quality, R&D, Marketing) and acting as a trusted advisor for customers and partners. Your expertise will be essential to resolve advanced issues, improve processes, and contribute to product evolution.
What You Will Do

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to EPO and SCADA systems, including software, hardware, networking, and databases.
  • Manage escalations in our CRM (bFO) with clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Level 4 teams on critical cases, providing detailed analysis and issue replication.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions and system health checks.
  • Create and maintain FAQs, technical documentation, and community content to support customer self-service.
  • Design and deliver technical training for global support teams.
  • Contribute to development projects by bringing user insights, use cases, and test scenarios.

Essential
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting across software, hardware, networking, and SCADA systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850, BACnet).
  • Knowledge of EcoStruxure Power Operation or similar SCADA platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
  • Occasional travel for customer visits or training.

Preferred
  • Experience with on-site commissioning of SCADA or power systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming (C++, Python, SQL).
  • Understanding of cloud architectures.
  • English required
