Technical Product Owner
ERP Front Office Practice Expert
Experience - 10-13 yrs
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Job description:
MISSION
(What is the overall goal of this position)
- Be the practice expert (Technical Product Owner) within our global ERP Front Office processes (S4 HANA Public Cloud) with focus on expertise in Service Management
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
(What are essential functions and expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization, be specific)
- Understanding of Sales Process, Field Service Management Process, In-House Repair process, Project business, Service Contract Management, Pricing concepts, OTC, Partner Determination, Text Management, Pricing, Taxes, Billing, Credit Management, Back Orders, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Highest level of SAP and functional knowledge on SD (sales & distribution) and Service Management process.
- Knowledge of integration scenarios, including API-based communication
- Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
- Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions
- Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards which are global and scalable following a global template philosophy (Core/Template)
- Validate and control demands within ERP Front office domain. This includes CHRs validation, demand validation, new programs etc.
- Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams
- Work closely with the Business/Regions/International teams and meet their expectations for the projects / enhancement's delivery.
- Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars
REQUIREMENTS
Education :
- Academic degree from a technical university•
Certifications :
- Certifications within SAP S4HANA Public Cloud is a plus
Job Related Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP system in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment
- Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, test and implementation
Technical Skills
- Skills with SAP ECC/S/4 Hana
- Broad IT knowledge and experience
- Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage
Soft Skills :
- Self-driven, operationally experienced with a can-do attitude.
- Strong relationship builder - both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners
- Excellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levels
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
- Have experience working with others on a global basis
Language :
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
