Expert, ERP Business Analyst (SAP FICO- Odyssey)

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise across Financial Accounting and Controlling to support global implementation, rollout, and support programs. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, integration with other SAP modules, and end‑to‑end ownership across the SAP S/4HANA lifecycle-from design through Go‑Live and post‑implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solutions including scoping, design, localization, testing, Go‑Live, and transition to Application Maintenance (AM).
  • Drive business process design and functional solutioning for Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
  • Configure and support core FI processes including:
    • General Ledger (G/L)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Treasury
    • Financial Closing
  • Configure and support CO processes including:
    • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
    • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
    • Internal Orders
    • CO‑PA
    • Product Costing (CO‑PC)
  • Provide deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Product Costing, including best‑practice configuration.
  • Support integrations with MM, SD, PS, and other upstream/downstream modules.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with technical teams on customizations, transports, and testing cycles.
  • Participate actively in SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
  • Provide functional leadership during hypercare and support phases.
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • 7-10 years of SAP consulting experience across complex, multi‑country projects including:
    • Core template design and build
    • Rollouts and enhancements
    • Production support
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules.
  • Mandatory SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification with practical implementation experience.
  • Good understanding and exposure to FSCM processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, transports, system landscapes, and project lifecycles.
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe Agile environments (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional and distributed teams.

Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Proven team player with strong networking and collaboration skills.
  • Structured thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities across parallel workstreams.
