Experienced Project Engineer

C4G project management & ETO quotation

- Proactively manage projects with professional communication skills that get effective result

- Manage new configuration offer or new customer order launch in SBMV which is defined in the Allocation Matrix

• ETO quotation provided with accurate and efficiency

On Time Delivery
- Proactively find resources and push projects to achieve on-time-delivery according to customer requirement
- Establish project planning and lead project review meetings to push project scheduling
- Define threats and preventive actions to ensure the timelines of project realization and the Unit's financial results

CRD management & UD stock control

-Technical configuration review & design confirmation at price/contract stage to identify long LT material to achieve CRD

-Control UD stock in the healthy level & Goods pick-up timely for all export orders

-Urgent order management in healthy level

Demand management & SIOP & SPS

-Domestic & Export demand management including new offer

-Responsible for SIOP

New offer order flow & SAP solution

- Implement new C4G offer S@T deployment within SBMV and realize the offer quotation function, and furthermore on project management

- Lead the project on behalf of SBMV to ensure C4G & C4C SAP solution meet business requirement and optimized

- Build the order flow with global team for C4G new offer

资格

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Industry/Logistics

Job Related Experience:

>5-years experience in Project Management

Business Understanding:

1. Engineering background + associated Project experience ( Contract , Delivery management, Site management , Cost Management , Change Management, Risk Management)

2. Master SIOP flow, good communication skill and strong analytic ability.

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

Fluent English, Products basic know-how, financial sense, Negotiation & Communication skills

Familiar with SAP
