Experienced Electronics Design Engineer
As an industry leader of energy management - low voltage switchgear and control gear in the world, we are innovating and creating the advanced technology, products and solutions for power/motor protection and controlling, protection.
In Schneider Electric Shanghai R&D Center, you will work as an innovative Electronic Design Engineer to:
- Find solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives of Marketing, Quality and Industrialization.
- Understand all the technical constraints (drawing, specification, assembly conditions and interchangeability requirement), provide technical support to plants worldwide (Asia, Europe, North America etc.);
- Define component & product verification/validation plan and lead the implementation of product evolution;
- Lead the implements of technical corrective/upgrade actions;
- Lead technical complexity breakthrough per project requirement to achieve technical and business targets;
- Propose creative and constructive electronic resolution by deeply understand real customer needs;
资格
- Master degree above, major in Electronic Hardware & Automation Science or equivalent;

- Experience of internship or project cooperation in industrial or automation product development teams;
- Good understanding of digital and analog circuit, and electronic circuit design & simulation tools;
- Good understanding of product requirement in industrial equipment, motor control and protection, or related application is preferred;
- Good knowledge of international industrial electronic hardware, insulation and EMC relative standards;
- Good communications skills, including written and spoken English;
- Basic knowledge of scrum, waterfall project management, or French spoken language skill is a plus;
