Executive Communications Manager - Industrial Automation
Mission:
The Industrial Automation (IA) Global Brand and Communications team drives strategic messaging, thought leadership, and storytelling that reflect IA's purpose, innovation, and impact, positioning Schneider Electric as a leading global automation player.
Our communications efforts support this positioning by showcasing our leadership in open, software-defined automation, digitalisation, sustainability and ultimately industrial transformation across strategic markets.
Through executive visibility, media relations, analyst interactions, integrated campaigns, internal engagement, and digital presence, we deliver consistent and compelling narratives that connect with our customers and wider stakeholders to reinforce Schneider Electric's influence in automation across key geographies and industries.
Your role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Executive Communications Manager to lead all communications activity for the IA executive leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping and amplifying the voice of our EVP across internal, external, and social channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Communications, PR Lead, and Internal & Social Communications Leads to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand positioning and business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive executive communications strategy to enhance visibility, thought leadership, and engagement.
- Craft compelling talking points, speeches, scripts, and briefing materials for speaking engagements and panels.
- Identify and monitor opportunities for relevant speaking slots aligned with strategic themes.
- Partner with internal communications to deliver impactful employee messaging that reflects leadership vision.
- Manage and curate the executive's social media presence with authentic and engaging content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Internal Comms, and Social Media teams to ensure message consistency.
- Ensure all executive communications reinforce the company's brand narrative and strategic priorities.
- Provide strategic counsel and rapid response support during sensitive or high-profile moments.
- Track and report on the impact of executive communications across channels to continuously improve strategy.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in executive or corporate communications, with strong strategic content development capabilities
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, adaptable across audiences and platforms
- Understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into impactful executive messaging
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment
- Proficient in executive digital engagement and social media strategy
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Up to date on industry trends and best practices in executive visibility and thought
- leadership
- Fluent English
