Execution Tender Manager

We're hiring an Assistant Manager to lead our tendering and quotation management function. If you excel at crafting winning proposals, managing teams, and turning complex customer requirements into profitable solutions, we want to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Oversee the full tendering lifecycle for Capex and Opex projects, ensuring timely and compliant submissions
• Craft winning strategies by analyzing RFQs, interpreting customer needs, and delivering best-in-class solutions
• Lead and develop your team to achieve operational goals and enhance overall tender success
• Evaluate commercial risks and prepare precise cost estimates that drive profitability and competitive advantage

• Business Acumen - intermediate level; evaluating commercial opportunities and aligning tender strategies with business objectives
• Strategic Thinking - intermediate level; defining winning approaches for complex tenders and competitive scenarios

• Contract Management - developing level; ensuring offer documentation aligns with legal and compliance requirements
• Risk Management - developing level; identifying and mitigating commercial risks throughout the tendering lifecycle
