Mission

  • Manage Customer Projects Operation Center in Hungary.
  • Implement Business Strategy to capture new business.
  • Develop pipeline with the sales team and share this pipeline with all internal support function stakeholders.
  • Responsible for business growth, orders and tender costs, customer satisfaction & quality, people safety and cybersecurity.
  • Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders (in segments / BUs / GCP organizations).
  • Lead and anticipate staffing on Projects and/or Services for all projects in Execution.
  • Contribute to setup project organization at tendering stage (internal or external consortium...).
  • Lead sensitive negotiations and ensure high-level customer communication.
  • Control all projects in the Portfolio (economical, quality, customer satisfaction, safety/security, ethics & compliance).
  • Responsible for P&L and Cash on projects in alignment with annual objectives (sales, gross margin, cash).
  • Deploy transformation initiatives for more software, more services and more sustainability & customer project governance in his/her perimeter as well as Service business growth and sustainability


What you'll do in more detail
  • Manage the team and processes of Project Management for successful execution and provide required support on various level projects.
  • Responsible for order booking in accordance with the objectives.
  • Promote pricing culture in the tendering team, making sure they systematically present the way to reach the target price given by the Sales Team.
  • Ensure that the Tendering Team follows the Solution Business Guidelines and that the proper risk assessment has been done with the different SME and SRM.
  • Ensure that the Customer Project global governance (CPP, DOA...) is well deployed in his/her perimeter.
  • Monitor, control, drive and report the performance on projects: P&L on projects, cash, profitability, customer satisfaction & quality in alignment with annual objectives.
  • Lead sensitive negotiations and ensure high-level customer communication.
  • Responsible for solution business risks and opportunities at project portfolio level in order to ensure accurate risk coverage (including people safety & skills and cybersecurity), as well as mitigation through opportunities. Participate to projects setup at tendering stage.
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction & Quality mindset, and full sharing of customer focus culture within Customer Project teams.
  • Deploy the Transformation initiatives with a lean and agile mindset (new operating model) especially on Digital, Service growth and sustainability.
  • Ensure Customer Project global governance (CPP, REL Project category and Global KPIs) is well deployed in his/her perimeter.
  • Contribute to global workload management (Alm@)
  • Lead and anticipate accurate staffing on projects.
  • Develop collaboration between all solutions stakeholders: Sales organization / Bus - LoBs / Segments / GCP&SO organizations.
  • Build and lead the Team: with an eye on recruitment with gender and diversity consideration, quality on-boarding, career development, upskilling, career path among others.
  • Prepare the Pipeline of the future, by scouting diverse (gender / generation / cultural / digital) pool of critical Talents according to market & business needs.

What you'll bring
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Solution or Service Business Leadership or Program Management experience (international exposure).
  • Min 7+ years minimum in a project management position in a multi-cultural, multi-site matrix setting.
  • Strong knowledge of customer project or services business in terms of value chain, trends (market, technology, organization) and key success factors.
  • Strong business acumen and strong results-orientation (P&L, cash management, commercial and financial control).
  • Strong team builder/team developer of multi-cultural teams in complex environment, ability to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity.
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal leaders & customers and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence and courage to lead with agility and make timely, appropriate decisions. Accept accountability in a changing & evolving landscape.
  • Problem solving, and ownership mentality evident in daily work.
  • Structured and process-oriented thinking.
  • Demonstrating Schneider Electric Core Values.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
