ETO Planning Transformation Expert

As an ETO Planning Transformation Expert, you will play a critical role in enabling tool adoption, process execution, and performance improvement across manufacturing plants within your scope. This position is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable results. You will ensure the right team, tools, and competencies are in place to achieve best-in-class planning and supply chain performance.

What will you do:

Monitoring Performance

  • Work closely with manufacturing plants to support execution.
  • Ensure the right actions are implemented for upstream and downstream performance improvement.
  • Validate that targets are achievable and assist plants in creating actionable plans and pipelines.

Process and Tools
  • Serve as Level 1 support for planning tools.
  • Help plants maximize the benefits of digital tools.
  • Drive focus on the right processes with appropriate prioritization.

Transformation
  • Lead transformation initiatives within plants.
  • Track and ensure proper adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Provide hands-on support to help plants realize benefits from new tools.

Who you will report to? ETO Transformation Leader

What will make you successful:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Vendor Forecasting, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced knowledge of SIOP processes, Lean methodologies, and long-term supply chain strategy implementation.
    • Strong digital acumen with hands-on experience in planning software (Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to simplify processes, enable decision-making in complex environments, and foster collaboration across teams and organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to identify automation opportunities to optimize planning processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
