Not just another graduate program, this is an accelerator for your career. Our new flagship global talent program gives early-career engineers the opportunity to put AI and emerging technologies into action, tackle meaningful challenges and discover different parts of our organization through two six-month missions. • Permanent contract: from day one
• Program duration: 12 months | 2 x six-month missions
• Location: Complete both missions in Shanghai, China while joining an international graduate community connected across Boston, Paris/Grenoble, Dubai, Bangalore and Shanghai.
• Start date: 1 March 2027

• Explore what's next: Research emerging trends, technologies and customers' needs to uncover new opportunities and help our customers become more sustainable and efficient.
• Turn complexity into insight: Analyze data, structure strategic or sustainability challenges and help turn insights into recommendations.
• Make things better, faster: Analyze processes and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and accelerate the way we work, creating greater business or operational impact.

• Put the customer at the center: Gather insights from users, experts and stakeholders to understand needs and help refine solutions.
• Turn technology into solutions : Contribute to digital offers and services and explore how software-defined solutions can improve customer experience and solve real problems.
• Explore AI as an enabler : Identify where AI could create value and connect technology with real business and customer needs.

• Dedicated leadership development: Learning, mentoring, and career coaching to accelerate your leadership skills.
• Signature experiences: Global onboarding, a global hackathon and attending highly visible leadership or customer events.
• Global exposure: Build relationships across our international community, with opportunities for immersive international business travel

• Curious and eager to understand how things work
• Analytical , with a passion for solving complex problems
• Excited by AI, digital technology and the energy transition
• Energized working across cultures, in a global environment
• Collaborative, adaptable and ready to step outside your comfort zone

• You graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026, with at least a bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline
• Your academic background includes exposure to AI, and you're excited to apply into real-world challenges
• You already have the legal right to work in China .
• You can work and communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• You are available to start in March 2027
