EMS / Contract Manufacturing Procurement Manager

Join our dynamic Procurement team and lead strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business excellence! We're seeking a talented Procurement Manager to optimize our global procurement operations and deliver exceptional value.
What will you do:
- Lead, develop, and engage a team of Category Buyers, driving both individual and collective performance
- Manage talent development through competency assessments, training plans, staffing, succession planning, and team wellbeing
- Drive the execution of the Category Strategy, including negotiation roadmaps, supplier portfolios, and contract execution
- Monitor and improve category performance across key dimensions: Quality, Productivity, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Cost
- Define and execute corrective action plans when performance gaps are identified
- Collaborate closely with Global Supplier Leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ensure iSAVE data quality and support Plant Procurement Managers with Analysis of Change (AOC) consistency
- Support and actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Identify and escalate critical risks related to suppliers or category performance to the Category Purchasing Director and relevant stakeholders
- Strengthen the Supplier Business Review process, with strong focus on strategic and high‑risk suppliers
- Contribute to and execute the Category Strategy, including negotiation, business reviews, and contract roadmaps
- Lead and support transversal transformation projects, such as:
- Zero Carbon Projects (TZCP)
- Asia Sourcing initiatives
- Quality Programs
- Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- "Power of Two" (PO2)
- Change of Supplier (CoS) and Quality Value Engineering (QVE) initiatives
- Ensure strong performance in Compliance and Cash management

- Strong expertise in both direct and indirect procurement, including raw materials, services, and operational supplies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships
- Excellence in contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions

What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (MBA or similar is a plus)
- Strong procurement background with experience in complex and demanding environments
- Solid knowledge of industrial operations; experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing is a strong plus
- Proven experience in direct and functional people management
- Clear, analytical, and structured mindset with strong prioritization skills
