Employee Experience Intern (Mty, N.L.)

What will you do?

As a PeopleLink HR Intern, you'll be an important part of our HR Operations team, supporting employees, managers, and HR partners through efficient case management and HR process administration.

Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, employee support, and service delivery excellence. You will:

  • Support the management of HR inquiries received through ticketing systems and email channels.
  • Assist with the review, processing, and resolution of employee and manager requests related to HR policies, benefits, employment records, and HR programs.
  • Help maintain accurate employee data by validating documentation and supporting system updates when required.
  • Support case tracking, documentation management, and follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and data validation activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, knowledge articles, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering a positive customer experience.

Who will you report to?
  • You will report directly to a PeopleLink Team Leader or Supervisor and partner closely with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Payroll, and other business functions. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where continuous learning and development are encouraged every day.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Industrial Relations, or a related field. (Grad date: December 2027 or later - MUST)
  • English proficiency (reading and writing) is required.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Employee Services, or HR Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and employee-related processes is preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
