Electromechanical Technician

Join our maintenance operations team as an 3rd Shift Electromechanical Technician and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues

• Problem Solving - intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions
• Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency

• Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards
• Total Productive Maintenance - developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Must be able to work the following schedule:
  • Monday -Thursday 9:15pm to 6:15am
    Friday 6:15pm to 12:15am
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate
• Comfort working in a hands-on environment with both routine and non-routine challenges

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 0 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
