Electrical Testing Supervisor - Senior Professional

• Exercise authority to stop unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, equipment with unacceptable risk, or processes compromising safety.

What will make you successful:

• • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
  
  
  • Experience in electrical testing for LV and MV products.
  
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC and NOM standards.
  
  
  
  • Experience leading technical teams in a production or testing environment.
  
  
  
  • Strong communication, teamwork, delegation, and problem‑solving skills.
  
  
  
  • Experience using electrical test equipment across low and medium voltage applications.
  
  
  
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  
  
  
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  
  
  
  • Ability to manage audits, FATs, documentation, and customer‑facing activities.
