Efficiency Lead

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve scalability
• Develop dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and efficiency outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business pain points and translate them into digital solutions
• Lead initiatives that drive process optimization and continuous improvement
• Measure and track efficiency gains including time savings, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
• Maintain structured reporting of value generated through automation and process improvements
• Champion a culture of efficiency by identifying opportunities for transformation and simplification
• Contribute to adoption of new solutions by ensuring alignment with business need

• Experience in process improvement, automation, or operational optimization
• Experience developing dashboards or working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar automation tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with Python or scripting tools is a plus
• Experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments is a plus
• Forward thinking & Innovative with the ability to analyze and design business processes
• Strong leadership skills & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
