For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The Efficiency Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into digital solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making through data visibility. As an Efficiency Lead, you will be part of an elite team leading operational transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).

What will you do?

  • Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve scalability
  • Develop dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance and efficiency outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business pain points and translate them into digital solutions
  • Lead initiatives that drive process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Measure and track efficiency gains including time savings, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
  • Maintain structured reporting of value generated through automation and process improvements
  • Champion a culture of efficiency by identifying opportunities for transformation and simplification
  • Contribute to adoption of new solutions by ensuring alignment with business need

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or operational optimization
  • Experience developing dashboards or working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar automation tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with Python or scripting tools is a plus
  • Experience working across manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments is a plus
  • Forward thinking & Innovative with the ability to analyze and design business processes
  • Strong leadership skills & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and able to take responsibility/ownership
  • Ability to work both as a team and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including travel as needed
  • Sense of urgency and drive to meet individual and team goals/velocity
  • Work across functional teams with ability to collaborate quickly to resolve impediments and provide clarifications
