What will you do:

  • Operational Data Management Excellence
    • Own & Execute the Data Maturity Playbook and drive maturity uplift.
    • Ensure the entity adherence to the 4 Data Golden Rules.
    • Participate and collaborate with the IoT domain leaders to align cross-entity governance rules
    Leadership
    • Assist in building skilled data teams and enabling data use case delivery.
    • Animate the office community, Data Risk Managers, Security Advisors, Business Partners, and Quality Leaders.
    • Ensure the proper execution of the programs and data management capabilities development
    Risk Management & Compliance
    • Support data risk identification and mitigation.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and internal controls.

What will make you successful:

10+ years experience in data, cloud, or cybersecurity program management.
  • Expertise in data governance, cloud and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with product, security, and privacy teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.


To perform effectively, the Data Office Leader must:
  • Influence without authority across complex organizations
  • Communicate clearly with executives, architects, PMs, legal, and engineering
  • Drive decisions objectively, following the SE Trust Charter principles
  • Rally cross‑functional teams around shared maturity and governance objectives
  • Act as the operational voice of the Data Officer
  • Be structured, analytical, and outcome‑driven
