EcoCare Connect Project Manager (US)
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of our EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (EAA) for Electrical Distribution solution. This solution connects electrical assets through data pushed over the internet for monitoring. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders along with customers to drive excellence in the deployment of this solution.
Over the course of a project, the PM will need to communicate with stakeholders, make decisions, and monitor the progress of projects to keep them on schedule and within budget.
This role is for you if you are detail-oriented, organized, and a natural leader who thinks out of the box to solve problems and drive project completion.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for EAA projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and procurement in the responsible manufacturing plant to deliver material on time.
- Support installation activity of thermal monitoring and wireless communication devices.
- Drive Internet of things (IOT) engineers to design effective thermal monitoring solutions for end users.
- Work effectively across different business groups to drive successful project completion.
- Keep stakeholders informed of material delivery and installation schedules.
- Identify and manage risks, roadblocks, and issues.
- Tracking overall project spending, including hardware, labor, and expenses.
- Ensuring project deliverables are completed and stored appropriately.
- Identify areas for asset management value proposition enhancement through broadened services or increased asset coverage.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, business or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of project management framework
- Proven leadership skills
- Cost and risk management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Experience with Project Management Tools
- Experience with Bridge Front Office
- Understanding of Electrical Distribution equipment and Cloud-Based Software is a plus
