We are looking for a EA Autonomous Planning Manager to make an impact!

About the Role (Mission)

We are seeking a Manager in Autonomous Planning to drive the intelligent automation of our Supply Chain operations, focusing on Inventory Management and Replenishment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design, deployment, and continuous optimisation of AI-driven planning systems that orchestrate data pipelines, workforce scheduling, and operational workflows - replacing or augmenting traditional manual planning processes.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to translate business requirements into scalable autonomous solutions, while governing data quality, model performance, and compliance standards. You will also lead the restructuring and transformation of existing processes

What will you do?

Strategic Planning & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the autonomous planning roadmap for Inventory and Replenishment operations, aligning with organisational strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI/ML platforms, data orchestration tools, and agentic planning frameworks suited to inventory and replenishment-scale environments.
  • Lead business case development for automation investments, including ROI modelling and risk assessment.


Autonomous Systems Development & Governance
  • Oversee the design and deployment of autonomous planning agents for Inventory Management and Replenishment.
  • Establish model governance frameworks including Automatic RCA, Auto Replenishment Execution, digital lock, and exception management.
  • Manage data architecture decisions to ensure real-time data availability for autonomous decision-making pipelines.


Operational Excellence & Analytics
  • Act as project manager to lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and planning specialists; set performance goals, mentor talent, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs for autonomous planning effectiveness - especially on driving cash efficiency in inventory management and cost reduction.
  • Partner with user-facing teams to tailor autonomous planning outputs to contractual deliverables and client-specific reporting standards.

  • Communicate planning model outputs and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • Champion change management initiatives to drive adoption of autonomous planning systems across Inventory Management and Replenishment operations teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Legal to ensure autonomous systems meet data privacy (PDPA, GDPR) and audit requirements.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 10+ years in operations, process management, or transformation (with 5+ years in a senior/executive capacity
  • Proven track record in driving autonomous planning project
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline. (MBA is highly preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma, COPC (Customer Operations Performance Centre), or PMP.
  • Deep Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the domain and a keen awareness of upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Decision-Making Authority: The seniority to mandate changes, allocate resources, and push for operational excellence across diverse departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to align different department managers, technical/IT teams, and end-users on process solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to look beyond immediate operational issues and connect day-to-day decisions to long-term business objectives. Anticipates downstream impacts, identifies optimisation opportunities across functions, and translates complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive efficiency, service level improvements, and cost optimisation.
  • Deep Understanding of End-to-End Data Workflows: Possesses a comprehensive grasp of how data flows across the entire planning ecosystem - from data creation (master data, demand signals) through processing (planning systems like Kinaxis) to reporting and decision-making. Able to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies, and proactively improve data integrity and automation to enable faster, more reliable planning outcomes.
  • Exceptional Conflict Resolution Capabilities: Strong ability to navigate cross-functional tensions (e.g., between sales, supply chain, logistics, and finance) by understanding underlying interests rather than surface positions. Facilitates constructive dialogue, builds alignment among stakeholders, and drives decisions that balance competing priorities while maintaining strong working relationships.
