Your Mission:
This position is accountable for managing complex scale Customer project orders, from
start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating,planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site support, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarifyexceptions. Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support.

• To excel as an E House Integrator Engineer, certain key skills
and qualifications are essential. Here are some of the most important ones:
1. Technical Knowledge
• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards.
• Integrate mechanical systems (HVAC, fire protection, cable routing) to meet operational
requirements.
• Support coordination between structural, mechanical and electrical teams.
• Support structural Design & Integration: Design structural framework and skid base,
perform load calculations, prepare fabrication drawings, ensure compliance with
seismic, wind, and environmental requirements.
• Support Mechanical Systems: Design HVAC systems, implement fire protection
systems, ensure IP rating compliance, plan cable routing and mechanical supports.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere to IEC, ANSI, and local building codes, validate
environmental and safety requirements.
• Coordination & Integration: Collaborate with electrical and automation teams, manage
vendor interfaces for fabrication and supply.
• Quality & Testing: Conduct inspections during fabrication and assembly, perform FAT
for mechanical systems.
• Installation & Commissioning Support: Provide lifting and installation guidelines,
support mechanical commissioning and resolve integration issues.

Should be familiar in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
to successfully lead customer projects from initiation to completion.
3. Collaboration and Team Management:
The ability to collaborate and inspire a team is crucial. Those skills are vital to motivate
team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Effective communication,
conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are also important to ensure the
project's success.
4. Stakeholder Management:
Interaction with various stakeholders, including clients, product owners, executives,
and internal teams. They should possess strong interpersonal and communication
skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and build
relationships. They should also be adept at negotiating and resolving conflicts between
different stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
They often encounter challenges and obstacles. They should be skilled in problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. They should be able to analyze complex
situations, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling issues are also valuable qualities.

6. Time Management:
Managing project deliverables, deadlines and budgets is a key responsibility. They
should be adept at prioritizing tasks and tracking project progress. They should have a
keen eye for detail and be skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
