This ideal candidate is responsible for providing BMS remote support for our global strategic and local accounts. Below outlined is the desired experience and daily job roles for this profile:
Desired experience :
- Knowledge of DDC programming in proprietary programming platforms, PLC programming in FBD and / or Script or Ladder diagram.
- Knowledge of building management system protocols like BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC and others
- Exposure to HVAC domain systems and applications like Air Handling Units, Chiller/Boiler Systems, Variable Air Volume Boxes etc. and ability to engineer a turnkey solution around them.
- Ability to understand and interpret HVAC Software Control loops sequences of operation, plant schematics , system architecture and electrical engineering concepts to troubleshoot
- Experience in On-site or remote advanced technical support for connectivity/system configuration issues.
- Experience life Sciences (pharmaceutical) and/or Data Centers with EcoStruxure Building Operation SoftwareSCADA along SQL database querying and programming will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with standard progress reporting tools and processes will be an added advantage.
- Work experience in global projects and/or in global engineering centers will be considered as an advantage.
- Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, keen to learn, good communication skills and result oriented. Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Able to work with people from a wide variety of technical backgrounds, including consultants, senior professional engineers, energy managers, electricians, IT engineers and personnel, account managers,
Key Deliverables
- Resolve technical inquiries raised by customers concerning the support of the SCADA system within the scope of work by adhering to the SLA
- Following the defined support process to manage case management, field service dispatch, and technical escalation to the internal team.
- Assisting customers with onboard to the CSH team, including scope, SLA, tools, reporting, and training on site team members.
- Documenting technical cases that are owned is a way to enhance my knowledge base.
- Be a self-learning learner and drive the initiative to complete all assigned training, while identifying improvements for self/team growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in the of BMS/EMS applications/solution (3- 5 years).
- Certification of Building management/ Energy management will be considered as an advantage.
