Job Description :
Within the Industrial Control & Drives Line of Business, we are looking for a Product Range Leader (PRL) to manage, execute and ensure our Product Evolution Process (PEP) for variable speed drives offers developed for the North American Market . Your main activities will be:
- Organize, lead, and motivate the project team. (Functional management)
- Create and maintain tools for product configuration (Bill of material management)
- Define human resources required to meet the project objectives.
- Assess and summarize project status, measure performance and progress, inform and report.
- Identify risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans.
- Ensure that the right decisions are taken at the right time.
- Enable decision making process.
- Challenge and assure robustness of deliverables.

The Drives team's mission is to become the leading global specialist in motor control solutions for a Safe, Reliable, Productive and Efficient usage of Energy, through innovation, simplicity, and operational excellence.
This position will report to the Drives' Global Optimize & Ecodesign Leader based in Japan and interact with Marketing, Design, Verification & Validation, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Technical Publication, Certification, and Manufacturing teams distributed across every continent.
Profile requirements:
Experience in Offer Creation Projects (5 years minimum)
Knowledge on programming and data management
Knowledge of Variable Speed Drives
Multicultural and multi-site management - Fluent in English.
Understanding of the industrial market, customers, and applications.
Discernment ability - Act like owner
High level of leadership - Strong ability for clear and simple communication
Mastering of Schneider tools and environment will be a plus.
Experience in project management and functional management will be a plus
E xperience in Drive Products (power conversion, electronic or mechanical design) and/or as project technical leader will be a plus.
