Your Mission:

Responsible for converting demand forecast and customer orders into executable production and supply plans. The main goal is to ensure product availability whole optimising production efficiency, inventory and service levels.

What will you do?

Production Planning

  • Translate demand plans into weekly or daily production schedules.
  • Align with manufacturing, procurement, replenishment and logistics to ensure component and capacity availability.
  • Optimise production sequencing to minimise waste and delays.
  • Monitor and adjust plans to meet changing demand or supply disruptions.

Performance Management
  • Track and report on performance KPIs such as OTDS, Plan Adherence, BOL etc
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets for quality, service and line output.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for missed plans and take corrective actions
  • Record non-conformances and support in Root Cause Analysis and corrective implementation.

Cross Functional Coordination
  • Contribute ideas to improve productivity and process reliability.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, manufacturing, Sales, Procurement and Logistics.
  • Support and participate in the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.
  • Communicate production constraints and propose trade offs when demand exceeds supply.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management or related.
  • +3 years in production scheduling, material planning, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong understanding in Supply Chain principles production processes and planning systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g. SAP, Kinaxis Oracle)
  • Proficiency in excel and data analysis.
