What will you do?

  • • Assist in generating reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to production performance and planning accuracy.

    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and increase operational efficiency.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering) to ensure alignment with the production schedule.

    • Collaborating in the reconciliation of information for reports and presentations during MPS meetings.

    • Effective communication: Clearly convey schedule changes and requirements to various teams.

Who will you report to?
  • • Report directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager and works closely with Production Supervisors and other Flow Controller

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with production and inventory data.

    • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and familiarity with SRP/MRP systems is an advantage.

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
