Domestic Relocation Coordinator (Monterrey, N.L.)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Domestic Relocation Coordinator to join our team. The Domestic Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for managing the relocation process for employees moving within the North America countries. This includes coordinating logistics, communicating with employees and external vendors, and ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Location: Punto Valle.

What do you get to do in this position?
- Facilitate the relocation process for employees moving domestically, including coordinating transportation, housing, and other logistical arrangements.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement to enhance the relocation experience/administration.
- Share strategic thinking on policy development, transformation areas by challenging current state, and implementing new vendor solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for relocating employees, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation process.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as moving companies and real estate agents, to ensure seamless relocation experiences for employees.
- Manage relocation budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely and clear communication to all stakeholders involved in the relocation process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to domestic relocations.
- Support candidate reimbursements related to interviews and travels.
- Overall, this position performs relocation administration for internal and external candidates. May perform administrative support in associated HR systems and platforms that are related to the hiring process.

- Proven experience in relocation coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with relocation policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing relocation processes
