Distributor Field Sales Representative

• . Formulates, recommends, and communicates policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of sales activities with Industry Channels (direct IADs, direct OEMs, diffuse Industry retailers, diffuse OEMs/ CPBs).
• Ensures that all orders and other customer communications are promptly and accurately handled. Take appropriate action to resolve customer sales problems.
• Prepare and commit the forecast of orders and sales from direct IADs and direct OEMs and connect with IADs in Central region and expand the demand to other regions in KSA.
• Promote & develop strong team spirit, people's attitude and customer attitude contribute positively to cross-selling.
• Platforming of the customer database and do the targeted Visit and align with the bFO country KPI of Time in the field.
• Provide reliable Data Quality for Opportunity Management.
• Understands customer values, application requirements, competitive environment, and anticipate on their evolution.
• Keep motivating the Industry Channels to achieve their annual targets
• Support market demand created by IADs, direct OEMs, indirect OEMs and Control panel builders and challenge IADs/OD team to maintain a healthy stock.
• Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of the channel market and competitive products with their strengths, weaknesses and applications. Applies knowledge of channel products to customer's needs.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
• Implements channel and merchandise programs.

• Bachelor's in electrical or Electronics Engineering. Automation background is an advantage.
• Market experience of 7-8 years is required in the same field. Candidate from competition will be an edge.
